Agency Audits

We conduct a full audit of agencies that will help our client to prepare for an upcoming state audit, an accredidation audit, or just to identify potential areas of concern.  These audits are conducted be using the State Operations Manual, Local State laws, and the Medicare Benefits Policy Manual.  A full audit will inform you of where your agency is at and what areas may need more attention.
