Background: 

Mark is a Registered Nurse and began in the Homecare and Hospice field as a CNA.  Once he received his nursing degree he has been a Case Manager for Homecare and Hospice, then moved into a Director of Nursing role. Has also been a Branch Manager, and the Director of Clinical Operations for a multiple branch agency.
